Fantastic stay near Las Ramblas
central location helpful staff free snacks
The hotel's location was unbeatable. I found it very close to the city center. The staff was helpful with directions. My room was a modern single room, I had enough space for my luggage. The breakfast was nice (especially the fresh pastries!). The garden provided a peaceful escape. I sat there often. The hotel had fast wifi. I was able to stay connected. The front desk ordered taxis promptly. I felt safe using their service. The elevator worked smoothly (no issues at all!). I appreciated the many toiletries provided. The room had free water and snacks. This was a nice touch. The hotel even provided restaurant suggestions. These suggestions led to great meals.
The street outside was noisy. I heard voices late at night. This was a bit disruptive.

The hotel sits right off Las Ramblas, in the Gothic Quarter, giving easy access to many attractions. The street is pedestrian-only which makes walking around quite enjoyable. the area felt safe and well-populated even at night, so there was little concern for safety.

Wonderful Gothic Quarter Hotel
efficient staff warm welcome constant readiness
I found the staff magnificent. They were efficient and always ready to assist. I travel quite frequently, but the staff here have been really good. I did appreciate the warm welcome and their constant readiness to help with directions.
The room was quite noisy. I could hear sounds from the central courtyard. I think the function held one night contributed to the noise, as it continued late into the night. Better soundproofing could resolve this. I did find it somewhat disruptive.

The location allowed easy exploration of nearby attractions. It was convenient. the staff were particularly friendly. the beautiful courtyard garden offered a peaceful respite from the city buzz. i enjoyed a cocktail there one evening. It felt magical.

The hotel staff was very kind. They assisted us to find a nice lunch option nearby. The food in both restaurants was really good!!!

I ABSOLUTELY loved the location. It was near everything. Staff members at reception were very friendly and helpful! The garden was GREAT. The receptionist even helped me purchase tickets for a local attraction, which I really appreciated.
The room I had needed some updates, i noticed things like damaged trims, also water damage to the ceiling which wasn't ideal.
